Business Development Representative

We are looking for a passionate and motivated professional to serve as a Business Development Representative for IT Staffing and Software Consulting Sales. At Jointech-MX, we are market leaders in technological solutions, specializing in providing IT staffing and software consulting services to growing companies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate sales opportunities and close business deals for our IT Staffing and Software Consulting services.
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients in the B2B market, establishing strong and lasting relationships.
  3. Understand client needs and present customized solutions that meet their technological requirements.
  4. Participate in meetings and presentations with clients to demonstrate the value and benefits of our services.
  5. Collaborate closely with our internal team to ensure efficient and successful execution of sold projects.
  6. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the IT and software industry to provide informed recommendations to our clients.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in B2B sales, Cold Calling, Strategic Sourcing, preferably in the IT or software services industry.
  2. Availability to travel to California, San Diego, for training and client meetings.
  3. 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales.
  4. Proactive and results-oriented attitude, with strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  5. Motivation for professional growth and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  6. Ability to work autonomously and meet objectives.
