RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web applications.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions through the Design Thinking framework (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test).
• Facilitate design sprints to explore new solutions and validate concepts with stakeholders and end-users.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Act as a Product Owner by defining and managing the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and user impact.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Translate business requirements into actionable design solutions that balance user needs and technical constraints.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility.
• Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach.
• Experience in Design Thinking methodologies and ability to lead workshops or ideation sessions.
• Prior experience or understanding of the Product Owner role, including backlog management and prioritization.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and usability testing.
