QA Engineer Automation & AI-Driven Development
Job description
Role Objective: Ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions through manual and automated testing strategies, leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance efficiency and test coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Design & Documentation: Creation of detailed test cases for new client requirements, internal and external bug validation, smoke testing, and regression testing.
- Test Automation: Development of automated test scenarios using Playwright, integrated with environments such as Visual Studio Code and advanced AI-powered tools like Cursor.
- AI Agent Development: Contribution to the design and implementation of intelligent agents capable of executing automated tests based on specific scenarios, streamlining QA processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Close coordination with development, product, and design teams to ensure requirement traceability and technical validation of features.
- CI/CD Integration: Implementation of automated tests within continuous integration pipelines to maintain stability and reliability across deployments.
- QA Process Optimization: Identification and automation of repetitive tasks, proposing workflow improvements and leveraging AI tools to accelerate validation cycles.
- Effective Communication: Bilingual documentation and reporting (English and Spanish), enabling seamless collaboration across multicultural teams.
- Desired Profile: QA Engineer with strong programming skills, experience in test automation, familiarity with AI tools, and a background in agile environments. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential.
